I’ve been writing software professionally for close to fifteen years, and since 2014 I’ve run Upper Eight AB, a Swedish full-service web agency with advanced programming, with my co-founder. The work now is AI: agents and workflows for small operations and small teams. I live in Málaga and take on a handful of projects at a time.
Most of what I build replaces a repetitive job nobody enjoys: quoting, intake, first answers, scheduling. Something that does it well, every day, inside the systems a business already runs.
I also develop whole products and concepts together with clients, from scratch. Thanks to AI, that kind of work is now possible even with a very small team.

No chatbots sold as a product, no online courses, no “AI strategy” workshops. I build the thing, wire it in, make sure it survives contact with reality, and hand it back running. If that’s not what you need, I’ll say so.
Dennis GEO is a WordPress plugin I built and sell. It helps a site get found and quoted by AI assistants the way sites once optimised for Google: clean structure, machine-readable answers, the things language models actually read. Free to install; a paid option writes the optimised content for you. It runs on its own and covers its costs. I mention it because it’s the same engineering as the client work, packaged so anyone can use it.
A Swedish moving company kept losing evenings to the same task: reading enquiry emails and writing quotes. We built an agent that reads each enquiry, prices the job, and books it into a calendar the company already used, wired to their time-tracking. The owner now sees every booking, every job done, and every hour spent against it in one place. The quotes go out while he’s having dinner. It handles most incoming enquiries on its own.
A Swedish company with customers around the world had a support inbox that never closed. We built an agent that handles the bulk of the incoming support email: it reads each message, answers what it can, and escalates the rest with the context already gathered. Customers get a fast, correct reply in any time zone. The team works only the cases that need a person.
